On January 16, an exhibition dedicated to the works of contemporary artist Ilgiz Edilson, titled "Anatomy of Human Emotions," will open in Bishkek. The event is organized by the National Museum of Fine Arts named after Gapar Aitiev.

This exhibition explores the emotional experience of humans through the use of color, form, and spatial composition. The foundation of the exhibition consists of four color environments, each reflecting different emotional states—from joy and trust to anxiety, fear, and determination. Visitors will be able to journey from bright emotions to a state of deep silence and solitude.

The exhibition is structured like a labyrinth of feelings, where each hall reveals new facets of perception. The paintings and sculptures create an architecture of emotions, where every detail is part of a unified emotional context. According to the author's concept, this is a journey into oneself and a return to the authentic state of being.

Ilgiz Edilson draws on knowledge from the fields of neurobiology, behavioral psychology, and psycho-semantics, using an abstract visual language to convey subtle and hard-to-verbalize states: tension, vulnerability, trust, fear, and the urge to act.

The opening ceremony of the exhibition will begin on January 16 at 14:00 and will run until February 1.

The exhibition will be open from Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 to 18:00 (Monday is a day off).

Location: Bishkek, Abdrahmanova Street, 196
