Batyr Dzhaliyev was born on December 15, 1935, in the village of Kashkar-Kyshtak, located in the Kara-Suu district of the Osh region. In 1964, he completed his studies at the Frunze Art College and became a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR in 1968.
