As part of the exhibition "Anatomy of Human Emotions," which will take place at the National Museum of Fine Arts named after Gapar Aitiev, visitors will be able to immerse themselves in the exploration of human emotional experience presented by the artist Ilgiz Edilson. The organizers of the event shared this information with 24.kg.

According to them, Edilson's works explore how color, form, and spatial composition can reflect human emotional states.

“Four color environments representing dozens of emotional states—from joy and trust to fear and determination—create a cohesive journey of inner experience. This exhibition is shaped like a labyrinth of feelings, where each turn reveals a new facet of human experience: from radiant delight to intimate solitude. The paintings and sculptures construct an architecture of emotions, where each element becomes part of a unified system of feelings. This is a journey into the world of emotions, a return to the true 'self,'” commented the organizers.

Ilgiz Edilson is a contemporary artist who works and lives in Bishkek. For over ten years, he has consistently explored themes of emotional intelligence, the nature of human emotions, and behavioral patterns, situated at the intersection of art, psychology, and neuroscience.

His artistic practice is based on the results of neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and psychosomatics. Using an abstract visual language, the artist conveys subtle, sometimes hard-to-articulate states—such as tension, vulnerability, trust, fear, and the impulse to act.

The exhibition will open on January 16 and run until February 1.
