Today, we will introduce you to another participant in the financial market — JSC "Berekett Bank."
The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic confirmed in its message dated December 8, 2025, that on December 3 of the same year, the board issued a license to JSC "Berekett Bank" to conduct banking operations in both national and foreign currencies.
According to data from the Ministry of Justice, the registration of JSC "Berekett Bank" took place on October 20, 2025. This organization has no foreign investments, and its main type of activity is banking. The leadership is represented by Sagyndykov Zharkynbek Zhumabaevich, while the founders are Sultanov Marat Abdyrazakovich and Nurgoyoev Nurdöölöt Sadyrovich.

Sagyndykov held the position of chairman of the board of OJSC "Commercial Bank KYRGYZSTAN" in 2021, and from June 2024 to June 3, 2025, he was the chairman of the board of OJSC Bank "Bai-Tushum."
Additionally, he is a founder of LLC "DANLY OSTA" (Russia, registered on June 2, 2004), although the type of activity of this company is not specified.

- Public Association "Association for the Development of Science and Technology" (registered on November 14, 2022) — carries out activities of other public organizations not included in other groups.
History of the issue
In October 2025, the National Bank issued permission for the establishment of JSC "Berekett Bank."
In November, President Sadyr Japarov commented on the new project "Berekett Bank" in an interview with the "Kabar" agency, noting that the founders included his younger son Nurdöölöt Nurgoyoev and former speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Marat Sultanov.
The president emphasized that the bank will be fully private and has no ties to government structures, and it is expected to attract multi-billion investments through cooperation with Binance founder Changpeng Zhao.
