The local news publication Turmush continues its series of publications titled "Жеңеке," where we share stories of young brides and experienced daughters-in-law.

The main goal of this project is to emphasize the importance of family values and showcase the talents of married women. Alina, who found her love in Russia, was appointed as the head of the library at the suggestion of her father-in-law.

Alina Azimova, the head of Library No. 1 in the village of Budenovka, located in the Kochkorbaev Ayil District of the Issyk-Ata region in Chui Province, met her future husband in Russia and subsequently started a family.

Alina was born in 1992 in the village of Madaniyat, in the Bakai-Ata District of the Talas region. "In my childhood, we moved to Bishkek, where I grew up. There are three children in our family, and I am the eldest. I have a brother and a sister. My father passed away when I was 16 years old. He worked in the police and later ventured into entrepreneurship. My mother is a teacher, but due to circumstances, she now runs a business and works in Russia. She raised us alone and helped us stand on our feet. I graduated from school abroad. My brother and sister are also currently with my mother. The loss of my father made my mother's care and love even more significant. I am confident that we received a good upbringing," she shares.

By education, Alina is an economist-accountant, but she has been working as the head of the library for over 11 years. “I have always loved books. I spent my summer vacations with my grandfather, who made us read his books. Perhaps that is why I became so passionate about reading. My mother had her own library, and I dreamed of reading everything to become as smart as she is. My husband and I met in Russia in 2013 and got married a year later. He is a lawyer and now runs a business. To me, he is the best husband, a caring father, and my support. He always supports me. We have four children: three daughters and a son. My advice to young people is that the most important thing is trust in each other. You must not lose respect and good relations. Many young couples are afraid to live with their parents, but I believe it is even better. Parents are a real school of life. You cannot learn family values anywhere as well as you can with them. They will always guide you and help maintain unity in the family,” she added.

Alina also spoke about her journey in the library field and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, highlighting the advantages of living with her husband's relatives. “I ended up in the library thanks to my father-in-law, who was the school principal. He informed me about the vacancy at the library, and since I had just gotten married, I agreed to become the head. My father-in-law's support played an important role in my employment. My father-in-law is a candidate of sciences in geography, awarded the title of "Excellence in Public Education," and has worked as a school director for over 25 years.

My mother-in-law is an experienced teacher with over 40 years of experience, repeatedly awarded at republican competitions. She was also the head of the district methodological association of Kyrgyz philologists in the Issyk-Ata region. Her achievements have been recognized with the title of "Model Teacher of the Kyrgyz Language," as well as an award from the Kyrgyz Language Society under the President. Additionally, my husband's parents were honored with the title of "Model Family of the Issyk-Ata Region," she noted.
