From February 17 to 19, Kazakhstan will face a cyclone that will bring rain, ice, and strong winds, as reported by "Kazhydromet".
However, starting from February 18, an anticyclone will begin to spread behind the cyclone, leading to a gradual decrease in precipitation in the northern part of the country and a drop in nighttime temperatures to -18 to -23 degrees.
In the southern regions, on the contrary, the influence of the new cyclone is expected to raise daytime temperatures to +15 to +20 degrees.
