Rain is expected on Tuesday evening, and on January 28-29, precipitation (rain that will transition to snow) will also occur. By January 29, nighttime temperatures will drop to -1 to -3 degrees, and during the day to 0 to +2.
Fog may occur during the night and morning hours, with a west wind blowing at a speed of 3-8 m/s.
