This system is planned to cover 6.5 million people in seven regions of the country. Currently, special alert devices have already been installed on the minarets of 272 mosques located in the Fergana, Jizzakh, Kashkadarya, Namangan, Samarkand, Syrdarya, and Tashkent regions.
The installed devices are located in mosques that are in close proximity to residential areas. They will allow emergency messages to be transmitted through loudspeakers mounted on the minarets and facades of buildings, with a range of 500 to 2000 meters. Such messages will be audible both outdoors and indoors.
One of the key advantages of this technology is its resilience to failures: messages can be transmitted even in conditions of mobile network or electricity outages.
