According to preliminary information, the main violations include the following:
- driving a vehicle without the appropriate documents — 1,558 cases;
- driving under the influence of alcohol — 424;
- illegal window tinting — 135;
- violations involving pedestrians — 565;
- violations of vehicle operation rules — 2,980;
- auto hooliganism — 29;
- speeding — 2,569;
- driving a vehicle with fake license plates — 4;
- other traffic violations — 8,312.
As a result of various violations, 3,719 vehicles were placed in impound lots.
The Main Department for Ensuring Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic urges drivers to carefully monitor compliance with traffic rules and reminds that preventive measures are conducted on an ongoing basis.
