In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, at 62 A. Toktonaliev Street, the construction of a multifunctional sports complex is underway, as reported by the press service of the mayor's office.
According to the city authorities, the new building will be two stories and rectangular in shape, with a total area of 2,296 m², as well as a land plot of 0.2637 hectares.
On the first level of the complex, there will be changing rooms, a coach's room, a referee's room, staff facilities, restrooms, men's and women's locker rooms, an equipment room, and two full-fledged sports areas. Additionally, a boiler room will be installed here.
The second floor will include a gym, a medical office, restrooms, and technical rooms.
The construction is being carried out in accordance with current standards. The foundation is a strip structure, sandwich panels are used for the outer walls and partitions, and the building frame is made of metal, ensuring strength, energy efficiency, and durability.
The contractor for the project is Al-Firdaws LLC.
