On December 12, an exhibition organized by the international creative group "Suiunchu" opened at the Embassy of Hungary in Bishkek.

The conference hall "Budapest" was transformed into an exhibition space where visitors can see works by contemporary artists, sculptors, and designers who are part of the "Suiunchu" group. The exhibition, titled "At the Sources," is a collection of decorative and applied arts, painting, graphics, and sculpture prepared within the framework of the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Art Club.

Among the guests at the opening were ambassadors from various countries, diplomats, employees of international organizations, as well as representatives of the artistic community of Kyrgyzstan and art enthusiasts.

"We are always happy to support talented Kyrgyz masters," emphasized the Hungarian ambassador Sandor Dorogi in his welcoming speech. "The culture of Kyrgyzstan and folk art resonate in our hearts; they are close to us in spirit."

"Through the works of our artists, we aimed to demonstrate the points of contact between cultures," noted the curator of the exhibition, artist-designer Nazikhat Ibyshova.

The organizers hope that this exhibition will be an important step towards rapprochement and mutual understanding between the two peoples. Despite the geographical distance between Hungary and Kyrgyzstan, they share common values and traditions, and art plays a key role in this process.

The exhibition will be open until December 16 inclusive. It can be visited daily from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM without days off. Admission is free. Venue: Bishkek, Gogol Street, 77/1, 1st floor.
