She was born on November 2, 1993, in the village of Kosh-Dobo, now known as Ormon-Khan, in the Kochkor district of the Naryn region.
“In 2011, after finishing school, I enrolled in the musical and dramatic theater 'Tunguch'. At that time, my future husband proposed to me by putting on earrings (söykö saluu). We got married on December 4 of the same year. However, my husband did not support my dream of becoming an actress and strongly recommended that I change my profession. I listened to him and became a teacher in a kindergarten, where he arranged for me to work as a music teacher. Working with small children brings me joy,” she shared.
Turumzhan is raising five of her own children and has adopted six.
“Recently, we lost my husband’s older sister, who left behind six children. We decided to take them in, and now we have 11 children. We have already married off our oldest daughter, and we have become grandparents. My husband is a wonderful man; he tries to be a good father. I also underwent training at a mothers' school to better understand how to raise children,” Bayalieva said.
She emphasized that each child is unique and requires an individual approach.
“Some of them are already in their teenage years, and this requires patience and understanding from us,” she added.
Turumzhan actively participates in competitions, where she has repeatedly won prizes.
“I have participated in competitions such as 'Ene okumaïn bala okubait', 'Super kelin', and others. I have received Honorary Certificates from the village government and the akimat. Despite the challenges, working in a kindergarten is interesting. Interacting with children and their parents can be difficult, but I love children and easily find a common language with them. I have many children both at work and at home,” she noted.
“Children are our future. Watching their funny actions and words makes it easier to endure life's difficulties. In family life, it is very important to support each other,” the mother of many children added, emphasizing her future plans, which involve instilling a desire for knowledge in her children.
