Nazgul Isanaeva, the first and only woman to hold the position of head of the rural administration in Issyk-Kul, is actively working to improve the lives of local residents.

She leads the rural district of Shaiybek Ata, which includes six villages and has a population of 14,371.

Born in the village of Darkhan and having moved to Chon-Sary-Oy after marriage, she has closely collaborated with the community for many years. Her career in local self-government began in 2009 with document management, and she gradually rose to a leadership position.

Currently, she is also a mother of five children.
