The sugar factory located in the city of Kain dy produces pulp, which is then loaded onto a large number of trucks and sent for sale as animal feed. However, during transportation, the pulp often spills onto the road, leading to the formation of an icy crust and causing dissatisfaction among drivers and passengers.
In response to the emerging problem, local inspectors have decided to increase control over the trucks transporting the pulp.
As representatives of the Road Safety Organization noted, "On the Kara-Balta—Chaldybar highway, drivers overload their trucks with pulp, causing it to spill, and the moisture on the road freezes, creating dangerous conditions. That is why we have intensified control."
