Present at the opening ceremony were the mayor of Manas, Erniskbek Ormokov, as well as leaders of municipal and sanitation services.
This workshop will produce plastic pipes with a diameter ranging from 15 to 110 millimeters, and the enterprise plans to manufacture up to 2000 meters of pipes per day.
The plant, which is engaged in sorting and preparing waste for recycling, was built this year at a cost of 133 million soms allocated from the republican budget to improve urban infrastructure.
The project was handed over to private entrepreneurs in accordance with the legislation on public-private partnerships. They invested about 15 million soms and built a workshop for the production of pipes from sorted raw materials next to the plant.
