At the age of 66, Alexander Kulbeda passed away, who held the position of head of the Ak-Kuduk rural administration in the Issyk-Ata district of the Chuy region.

This sad news was reported to the Turmush editorial office by the administration of the Ak-Kuduk rural administration.

Alexander Viktorovich Kulbeda was born in 1959 in the village of Krasnaya Rechka, located in the Issyk-Ata district of the Chuy region.

After completing his studies at Kant Secondary School No. 4 in 1976, he enrolled in the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.

Kulbeda's career began as a locksmith-electrician at the Kyrgyz MIS. In 1985, he was promoted to senior electrical engineer at the seed cleaning plant of the same organization.

In 1989, he transitioned to work at the Kant District Party Committee as an instructor, and a year later he was elected deputy chairman of the Kant City Executive Committee.

From 1998 to 2017, Kulbeda served as the head of the Ak-Kuduk rural administration, establishing a positive reputation in this position.

For his achievements in professional activities, he was awarded medals, certificates, and letters of appreciation.
