"Currently, one of the main problems is the low level of driving culture. The lack of tolerance and mutual respect among road users leads to an increase in the number of accidents. We urge all drivers to be polite and respectful to one another. Strict adherence to traffic rules is the key to preserving life," the statement emphasizes.
