The agency emphasized that driving under the influence of alcohol poses a serious threat to people's lives and often leads to severe traffic accidents with fatal consequences.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs also noted that during the holidays, the responsibility for road safety increases, urging motorists to be attentive, cautious, and to show respect for all road users. In the event of alcohol consumption, drivers are strongly advised to refrain from operating a vehicle.
“Human life is the highest value. Reckless actions on the road can affect not only your fate but also the fates of others,” the ministry emphasized.
