According to the press service of the Traffic Safety Department of the Chui Region's Interior Ministry, on the evening of January 7, dense fog formed on the Bishkek–Kara-Balta road. "Due to sharp changes in the weather and a drop in air temperature, visibility on this highway has become poor. Drivers need to be cautious," the press service reported.
The Traffic Safety Department of the Moscow District also issued a warning to drivers: "In foggy conditions, we strongly recommend adhering to safety rules: do not exceed the established speed limit, maintain a safe distance, do not enter the oncoming lane, and strictly follow traffic rules," they added.
