Conflicts between students and teachers have repeatedly arisen in educational institutions, becoming a subject of discussion in society.

“Previously, a teacher who raised a hand to a student was perceived as a common occurrence. However, this did not lead to improved academic results. Research shows that the use of violence does not yield positive results in education,” she noted.
Now, according to her, students who become victims of violence may face bullying from their peers, which exacerbates their psychological state. A child may begin to feel fear, become aggressive, or lose interest in studying, indicating that violence is not a method of teaching.

In her opinion, the work of educators is indeed challenging, and they may face emotional burnout and disobedience from students. Nevertheless, a teacher must control their emotions and apply physical force only in extreme cases.
“It is important to conduct training for teachers to help them avoid burnout and support them. When we work with children, even a brief time in class can be difficult. But violence in upbringing does not yield results,” the psychologist added.

The department reported that the rights of the student were violated, which is unacceptable. As a result of the investigation, the school principal received a disciplinary sanction, and the teacher was dismissed.

“Today's generation requires a different approach. One cannot simply refer to past experience. Teachers should adapt their methods to modern realities,” she added.
Jumukova also noted that students may have their own problems, and the teacher must remain calm in difficult situations.

The Minister of Education has taken control of the situation. In this regard, additional explanatory activities for teachers will be conducted nationwide, and psychologists will be sent to educational institutions to organize training aimed at creating a safe educational environment.
