The parents of the triplets reached out to the public for help through the media on January 21. They live in the Talas region and faced difficulties in obtaining housing. Previously, in July 2025, they had attempted to contact the Bishkek city hall but were denied due to a lack of registration in the capital. Nevertheless, their story attracted the attention of the authorities, and today the family received an apartment in the center of Bishkek.
