In Bishkek, on Baytik Baatyr Street, employees of the Oktobrskiy District Internal Affairs Department detained a man for displaying aggression and using foul language in a computer club.
This incident was discovered on January 18, 2026, as a result of social media analysis. In connection with this fact, a corresponding case was registered in the information log of the Oktobrskiy District Internal Affairs Department, and a preliminary investigation was initiated.
During the investigation, a citizen named A.Ch., born in 1995, was detained under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Minor Hooliganism." The detainee was placed in a temporary detention cell of the district department.
