For changes in the homeowners' association in Kyrgyzstan, 10% of votes will be enough

Members of the homeowners' association will now be required to provide their data for the registry

The amendments to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the Jogorku Kenesh, indicate that to form an initiative group in homeowners' associations, 10% of votes will be sufficient.

In addition, a special registry will be created, in which homeowners will need to submit their information. This data is planned to be collected annually by the authorized registering body.

Among other innovations are: the appointment of a notary to confirm the authenticity of the signatures of homeowners' association members, mandatory in-person meetings, as well as extending the terms of office of the homeowners' association board to three years.
