The development of the new system is aimed at simplifying the process and reducing the risks of corruption.
At a recent staff meeting with heads of state institutions, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, proposed the initiative to create an electronic mechanism that will simplify the transfer of students between educational institutions. The relevant information was provided by the government press service.
Kasymaliev noted that more than 1.5 million children study in 2,170 state and municipal schools in Kyrgyzstan. However, the process of transferring students is still carried out manually, which creates opportunities for corruption and leads to an uneven workload on schools.
In accordance with Kasymaliev's instruction, the Ministry of Education must develop and implement a system in the shortest possible time that will automatically display the availability of free places and eliminate the human factor in decision-making.
