The construction company has not fulfilled its obligations to borrowers, despite a court decision made in 2024.
During a session of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputy Ulukbek Karibekov raised the issue that «Ihsan Group LTD» still does not comply with the court's decision made in February 2024.
He reported that 990 people have suffered due to the company's actions, and despite the issued decision, the situation remains unchanged.
Karibekov called on the Supreme Court and the Prosecutor General's Office to pay special attention to the enforcement of this court order.
It should be noted that «Ihsan Group LTD» attracted funds from citizens for housing construction, but the obligations to the shareholders were never fulfilled.
In 2024, the court found the company's management guilty of fraud, ordering them to return the funds to the victims.
