According to information provided by the administration of the medical institution, the photographs were taken in the summer of 2025, when the City Perinatal Center was under renovation, which led to an increased load on the KSCHR.
Currently, the reproductive center has expanded the areas of the postpartum department, added beds, and created the necessary conditions for patients.
At present, the institution, designed for 80 beds, is accommodating 106 women, which is related to its status as a third-level medical institution, where patients with complicated pregnancies and serious conditions from all over the country are referred.
Compared to 2024, the number of births at the KSCHR increased by 1,000 in 2025, indicating a growing burden on the maternity care system.

All women with indications receive the necessary medical assistance, and no refusals for hospitalization have been recorded.
“Despite the existing difficulties, the center's staff work around the clock and take all measures to ensure the safety and quality of the services provided,” the Ministry of Health noted.
