Information about the station's operation from the city hall
The Bishkek city hall informs that the coal reserves at the CHPP are sufficient to ensure "stable operation" during this heating season.
According to the provided data, the average capacity of the station is 455 MW. The CHPP produces up to 9,285 thousand Gcal of thermal energy and generates about 10 million 925 thousand kWh of electricity per day. At the same time, the daily coal consumption is 7,831 thousand tons, and gas consumption is 368 thousand nm3.
The station is equipped with 15 boiler units and 7 turbine units operating with cross connections, as well as two power units – No. 3 and No. 4. Currently, 9 boiler units, 4 turbine units, and both power units are in operation.
In preparation for the heating season of 2025/2026, the CHPP plans to supply 1.4 million tons of coal to ensure reliable supply of both electrical and thermal energy. The supply schedule will be in effect until the end of the current heating season.
As of February 2, the coal stock at the station's warehouse amounted to 204,537 thousand tons, which guarantees stable and uninterrupted operation of the CHPP.
