JSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan" has announced its plans to construct an innovative 25-story business center named "Aviator," which will be located in the center of Bishkek, at the intersection of Bokonbaeva Street and Manas Avenue.

This project promises to become one of the most original architectural initiatives in the capital, combining elements of hotel service, business infrastructure, and aviation aesthetics.

The "Aviator" business center will be designed in an aviation style, with design solutions reflecting themes of flight and new technologies. Inside the building, there will be offices, business spaces, restaurants, boutiques, as well as a hotel and other areas for entrepreneurs and startups.

The main feature of the new project will be a helipad located on the roof of the building.

According to information from JSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan," a Chinese company will act as the investor for this project. The timelines and costs have not yet been disclosed.

In the future, Asman Airlines, which is a subsidiary of JSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan," plans to organize business and sightseeing helicopter flights around Bishkek and its surroundings. In the near future, the company intends to acquire a helicopter for these purposes.

"Aviator" is expected to become a new hub for business, investors, and tourists, as well as a symbol of modern and innovative Bishkek," noted Manasbek Samidinov, Chairman of the Board of JSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan."
