The president emphasized to civil servants the importance of adhering to ethical standards and respectful communication with citizens.
Recently, President Sadyr Japarov expressed dissatisfaction with Kanibek Tumanbaev, who holds the position of head of the State Affairs Department. This message was conveyed by the president's press secretary, Askhat Alagozov.
The incident that prompted the reprimand occurred during Tumanbaev's visit to the Osh market on February 4. A video surfaced on social media showing him communicating in a rather harsh manner with one of the vendors.
"The head of state noted that it is important to adhere to ethical standards, maintain composure, and uphold a culture of communication when interacting with the public. He also instructed all civil servants to engage in a correct and respectful dialogue with citizens," Alagozov added.
