The Bishkek City Hall once again emphasizes the importance of construction companies adhering to landscaping norms. This information was announced by the municipality's press service.
It has been reported that non-compliance with these norms can lead to the transfer of dirt and soil onto roads, negatively affecting road safety and the overall condition of urban infrastructure.
According to paragraph 172 of the city's landscaping rules, approved by the Bishkek City Council on August 29, 2024, under number 150, construction sites must be equipped with wheel washing stations for vehicles leaving the construction area. Wheel cleaning is a mandatory requirement," the official statement says.

The City Hall has also instructed the municipal inspection to continuously monitor compliance with these norms at construction sites and take action against violators.
Construction companies are required to:
- ensure the installation and functioning of wheel washing stations for all vehicles leaving construction sites;
- prevent the transfer of soil and dirt beyond the construction sites;
- timely clean the adjacent area within a radius of 15 meters from the construction site.
In case of non-compliance with the established requirements, the municipal inspection will be forced to take action against violators in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

We remind you that maintaining cleanliness and order in Bishkek is the direct responsibility of all organizations and enterprises operating in the capital, regardless of ownership type.
