In anticipation of the New Year holidays, the mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev, handed over official vehicles to the municipal inspection and district administrations. This was reported by the city's press service.
During the handover of the vehicles, the mayor emphasized the significance of the work of the inspection staff, especially in the area of environmental protection. He thanked them for their achieved results and highlighted that even small initiatives like this play an important role in the effective functioning of the city.
“In 2025, you monitored all vehicles during the summer period, checked the operation of baths and other facilities using prohibited substances. Over the past two years, the total amount of fines has significantly increased compared to 2023, when the inspection was just starting its activities,” the mayor added.

The mayor instructed to intensify the work of the inspection aimed at checking baths, social facilities, and other institutions, especially in the residential area of "Dordoy" and adjacent territories.
As part of the event, 17 official vehicles were handed over to the municipal inspection and district administrations. These vehicles are intended to improve interaction with the population in the annexed territories in the context of administrative-territorial reform and in other residential areas.
The mayor also noted that the process of updating the material and technical base and the transfer of official transport will continue in the future.
