- at the polling station;
- on the website tizme.gov.kg;
- by sending an SMS to the number 119 with their PIN — personal identification number, to find out the number and address of their polling station (calls and SMS are free).
The repeat elections in district No. 13 will take place on March 1, with 25 candidates registered.
It is worth reminding that early elections for the Jogorku Kenesh were held on November 30, 2025. Due to violations of legislation, the voting results in district No. 13 were declared invalid by the CEC. In February, it became known that the criminal case related to the installation of video cameras at the polling stations in this district was closed.
