
Kanybek Dosmambetov, the Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, held a meeting with Kyrgyz doctors in Moscow as part of his working trip. The main focus of the discussion was on the possibilities of specialists returning to their homeland and the necessary conditions for their professional realization.
According to the ministry, the meeting took place at the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan and gathered about 60 doctors. The minister informed those present about the current reforms in the healthcare system, as well as measures for the modernization of medical institutions, salary increases, infrastructure development, and improvement of working conditions.
Particular attention was paid to issues of social support, professional growth, and the creation of comfortable conditions for young specialists.
During the discussion, the doctors shared their experiences of working abroad and also expressed proposals and questions regarding employment, adaptation, and career growth in Kyrgyzstan. As a result of the meeting, some young doctors expressed a desire to consider the possibility of returning and continuing their careers in the country's healthcare system.
Kanybek Dosmambetov emphasized that the state is interested in the return of qualified personnel and is ready to provide comprehensive support to create favorable working and living conditions.
