According to the press service of the ministry, the meeting took place at the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in the Russian Federation and gathered about 60 doctors who work in the healthcare sector.
The main topics of discussion were the issues of returning medical personnel to their homeland and creating comfortable conditions for their professional activities within the healthcare system of Kyrgyzstan.
During the conversation, the minister spoke about the ongoing reforms in the healthcare sector, measures to increase salaries, modernization of medical institutions, development of infrastructure, and improvement of working conditions for medical workers. Attention was drawn to social support, career growth, and the creation of decent conditions for young specialists.
The doctors shared their experiences of working abroad and expressed their suggestions and questions regarding employment, adaptation, and career prospects in Kyrgyzstan.
At the end of the meeting, several young specialists expressed interest in the possibility of returning and continuing their careers in the healthcare system of Kyrgyzstan.
"Our healthcare system needs qualified and motivated specialists who are dedicated to their work. The state is interested in the return of doctors and medical workers, their professional development, and their contribution to strengthening the health of the population. We are ready to provide support and create favorable conditions for work and life," noted Kanbek Dosmambetov.
