
Teams from various countries participated in this tournament, including Belarus, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, and Russia, ensuring a high level of competition. The Kyrgyzstan team consists of students from the scientific-educational complex "Lomonosov School" and is officially part of the national curling federation.
One of the participants is Aysuluu Duyshonbekova, a ninth-grader who has been practicing curling for several years and has undergone training camps in Turkey. She emphasized the importance of her participation: "Being one of the first to engage in curling in our country is a significant achievement for me."
The participation of Kyrgyz athletes in international curling tournaments is seen as an important step towards popularizing this sport in Kyrgyzstan and strengthening its position on the world stage.
