If a serviceman voluntarily changes the region of their activity, they lose their place in line and must reapply. This creates obstacles for law enforcement personnel regarding housing provision, considering the special conditions of their service related to rotations and assignments to remote and border areas.
Given the long-term mortgage loans that can last up to 25 years, such territorial restrictions create additional risks for military personnel and law enforcement officers. The introduction of the new norm should ensure equal access to the program regardless of the place of service.
It should be noted that these changes have not only social but also strategic significance, as they aim to strengthen the human resource potential of law enforcement agencies and enhance their level of social protection.
