Candidates will only undergo computer testing
The Ministry of Education has presented a draft resolution proposing to change the process of appointing directors of schools and kindergartens. According to the new regulations, candidates will be able to avoid interviews by only taking computer tests.
The project aims to unify existing norms and implement a digital platform for selecting management personnel in educational institutions.
Under the proposed standard, interviews will not be required, and candidates will take tests twice a year. The results of these tests will be the sole criterion for inclusion in the reserve of management personnel. New leaders will be on probation for six months, after which either an employment contract will be signed, or they will be relieved of their position.
It is expected that the introduction of the new procedure will reduce corruption and optimize budget expenditures.
