The state will have to collect funds from non-payers
The idea of creating a state fund for alimony payments was voiced at a conference by the director of the Public Fund "Institute of Consulting and Law," Aizhan Jumanalieva.
She noted that the state could take on the responsibility for alimony payments intended for the support of children. At the same time, the funds should be recovered from non-payers.
This mechanism, according to the initiator, will help increase the responsibility of alimony payers. Similar practices are already successfully implemented in countries such as France and Uzbekistan.
