He noted: "When you enter, your eyes water. It's cold and smells unpleasant. After it rains, drops fall on the floor." It is also worth mentioning that the restroom is used by children from preparatory groups.
A local resident has appealed to the city mayor requesting action to repair it, specifically to address the roof leaks, believing that this would not require significant financial expenditure.
