The suspension of construction work on a 14-story residential complex located near secondary school No. 61 in Bishkek has been officially confirmed by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of Kyrgyzstan.

According to the ministry's information, a complaint regarding the construction of this building was received on February 14. The Director of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department, Ernazarbek Suerkulov, noted that work on this site had already been halted previously, and the developer was supposed to take care of the conservation of the construction site. These measures are aimed at protecting the facility, construction materials, and equipment from damage during the suspension of work.

However, as reported by the ministry, the company OsOO Action resumed pouring concrete, which led to the construction being halted again. As a result, the site was sealed by the ministry.

It is worth noting that just four days ago, the Minister of Construction, Nurdin Oruntaev, had already ordered the suspension of work on this site.

Currently, additional inspections are being conducted by government agencies aimed at assessing the legality of the construction and ensuring the safety of children.
