The uniqueness of the fifth season lies in the fact that it includes beneficiaries of "FINCA Bank," meaning women who manage or own their businesses and have business relationships with the bank through credit lines. Additionally, women entrepreneurs with a minimum of two years of experience in small and medium-sized businesses can join the program. Over the course of seven months, participants will work with mentors to develop their companies.
The mentors of the program are experienced businesspeople who are willing to share their knowledge for free and support participants at all stages. Applications from both mentors and mentees are open until March 2, 2026. Participation in the program is completely free.
As part of the program, online and offline training sessions, cross-mentoring sessions, business breakfasts, tours of large manufacturing enterprises, and monitoring visits are planned. This will help participants develop skills in business and financial management, as well as establish valuable business contacts.
During the implementation of the program, over 320 new jobs have been created. In the previous season, 60% of participants were able to enter new markets, 66% increased their profits, 86% noted an increase in brand recognition, and all participants highlighted their personal growth.
