On February 14, an important mission is scheduled: the mufti of Muslims in Kyrgyzstan, Abdulahaziz Kary Zakirov, conducted a blessing for three theologians — Abdimalik Uskenbaev, Nurlan Muhammad, and Muhammad Mirbekov, who are heading to the Russian Federation, to the Altai Republic.

“You are leaving with great responsibility. Your ancestors came from Altai and embraced Islam. Now your task is to convey the true values and beauty of our religion to the people. This is a historical mission, and I hope you will show responsibility and send greetings to the Muslims of Altai from the Muslims of Ala-Too,” the mufti noted, wishing them success on their journey.

As reported by Belek Azhy Japarakun, head of the international relations and protocol sector of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan (DUMK), the theologians will conduct khatm during tarawih prayers in the month of Ramadan in the Altai Krai. In addition, they will organize classes for children, where they will teach Quran reading (Quran alphabet) and moral lessons.

It should be noted that Abdulahaziz Kary Zakirov met with the mufti of the Altai Republic, Janbolat Azhy Okhtaubaev. During the conversation, the parties discussed opportunities for cooperation in the field of education, training personnel, and exchanging experiences.

Janbolat Azhy Okhtaubaev also appealed to the muftiate of Kyrgyzstan with a request to send theologians to Altai to conduct khatm during tarawih prayers.
