At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh on February 18, Bekeshev emphasized that state mortgage programs are becoming increasingly inaccessible for citizens. He urged the government to develop an initiative aimed at supporting orphans.

The deputy raises the question of what happens to children who leave orphanages: "What will happen to them, where will they live, what education will they receive? Although funds are being accumulated for them in deposits, this is clearly not enough. State mortgage programs are likely beyond their means. Let's not fantasize, but approach the issue comprehensively," he noted.

Bekeshev also expressed concern about the availability of housing for the population. "Let's speak frankly: state mortgage programs are becoming inaccessible for many, prices continue to rise. Socially vulnerable groups, including people with disabilities and orphans, cannot take advantage of state mortgages. They do not have sufficient income. How can they live under such conditions? The state must intervene and help. We need to build houses and dormitories for them. Despite the fact that state mortgage programs continue to develop, their accessibility is decreasing due to inflation," he added, calling on the government to discuss this issue.
