The Prime Minister drew attention to the failure to meet deadlines and called for more active actions.
Recently, the eighth meeting of the commission dealing with debureaucratization took place at the Presidential Administration, chaired by Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev. As a result of the discussions, several ministers received verbal warnings for delays in fulfilling their obligations.
Health Minister Kanaybek Dosmambetov was noted for failing to execute a number of assignments related to the development of state medical institutions. He was advised to strengthen control and appoint responsible individuals for the implementation of decisions made by the commission.
Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations Gulzat Isamatova also received a warning. She was criticized for the slow pace of work on increasing the independence of the National Academy of Sciences, and the necessary documents have still not been prepared.
The discussion of the meeting also touched on the topic of digitizing the judicial system. Representatives of the Supreme Court were pointed out the need to conduct online broadcasts of court sessions in full, rather than limiting themselves to showing edited recordings.
The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of debureaucratization as a priority and strongly urged for the timely execution of all assignments.
