In Talas, the initiative "Youth Internship" is being implemented, organized by the inter-district department of labor, social protection, and migration. It aims to assist young people in finding employment, as reported by Turmush correspondents.

According to the department's information, the program started on November 13, 2024, in accordance with the KR Law "On Youth," the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the KR dated September 11, 2025, No. 778-t, and the order of the Ministry dated October 1, 2025, No. 269. A total of 135 places have been allocated for its implementation.

The main goal of the program is short-term training in professions that are in demand in the labor market for young people aged 18 to 35 who do not have a specialty. Participants will gain practical experience and support in further employment.

Currently, work has been done to inform institutions and companies in the region, and employers have already submitted applications to participate in the internship. A total of 65 unemployed citizens aged 18 to 35 have been directed for training at vocational college No. 90. Training will be conducted in the following specialties: cook (40 people), hairdresser (15 people), and electric gas welder (10 people).

Upon successful completion of the courses, participants will receive certificates and will be directed to internships in private companies according to employers' applications, which will give them the opportunity to secure permanent employment.

Each intern will receive a monthly stipend of 8,600 soms. All expenses for training and other related costs are covered under the program.

Work on the successful implementation of this initiative continues.
