The city hall noted that public transport continues to operate until one o'clock in the morning.
A new service may appear in Bishkek — night bus routes with special tariffs. This was announced by Ulanbek Beyshenbaev, head of the Department of Transport and Road Transport Infrastructure Development, during a conversation with city residents.
In response to complaints about the early end of public transport operations, Beyshenbaev stated that most drivers remain on their routes until one o'clock in the morning, although some may finish their work earlier.
He also added that the department will consider the possibility of introducing night routes with special tariffs.
In addition, Ulanbek Beyshenbaev reported on plans for the "optimization" of bus routes in Bishkek, which may lead to an increase in the number of transfers for passengers on their way to their desired destinations.
