The delays in bill delivery were localized and related to organizational issues during the delivery stage. However, the formation of charges and the transfer of data for printing were completed on time.
The contractor has already made the necessary adjustments to its processes to avoid similar situations in the future. Enhanced monitoring of compliance with delivery schedules is being conducted.
