The woman noted that the conflict with her neighbors has been ongoing for a long time.
She added: "They claim that I am interfering with their lives. But how can I interfere if we have separate entrances? I don’t know what to do. He beat me in front of you and threatened me with a gun," she recounted.
Kyyal Yza kyzy also emphasized that her family has found itself in a difficult situation due to these events.
"Right now, I am sitting at home, it is raining outside, and water is flowing from the ceiling. My daughter, who is visually impaired, has fallen into depression and spent four months in a psychiatric hospital. Yesterday she cried a lot. I tried to comfort her, but now I don’t know what to do. It is cold at home, and it is also cold outside. I don’t even have a heater to warm the place," she said.
It is worth noting that Kyyal Yza kyzy had already contacted Kaktus.media in December 2023 when she reported the destruction of part of her house by neighbor Alexander Darienko, who referred to a court decision.
According to her, the conflict has been ongoing since 2015. The Supreme Court issued a ruling for the demolition of the extension in 2019, but the woman attempted to legalize her share of the land.
She also claimed that the neighbor demanded $20,000 from her for agreeing to process the documents and asked for the president's intervention.
The neighbor, for his part, insisted that he acted in accordance with the court ruling and had the right to dismantle part of the building.
According to police data, on December 20, 2023, a statement was received at the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District from Kyyal Yza kyzy that her neighbor had demolished part of the wall with a perforator. This fact was recorded, a preliminary investigation was initiated, and requests were sent to obtain copies of court decisions.
There is currently no information about the ongoing proceedings and the response of law enforcement to the woman's new appeal.
