During the raid, the mayor emphasized that street trading is unacceptable and called on the relevant services to take active measures to clear the streets of illegal trading points. "We must create a modern trading environment, and I cannot allow new trading points to emerge on the streets if we do not establish clear rules," he stated to the vendors.

Akaev also ordered the need for increased control in this area and the relocation of traders to new organized markets, stressing that illegal trading will no longer be tolerated.

The mayor highlighted the importance of strict adherence to order, stating that this is necessary for the improvement of the city.
