Passengers left at the airport expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of information and faced issues as they urgently needed to depart, otherwise they risked losing non-refundable bookings for other flights and hotels.
According to the press service of Manas International Airport, they only learned about the cancellation of the flight just before check-in.
As explained at the airport, the reason for the cancellation was the illness of one of the crew members. According to the airline's internal rules, if there are not enough flight attendants, the flight is canceled.
Passengers were accommodated at the "Zhannat" hotel, and a new departure is scheduled for February 27 at 15:30 local time.
